As part of our Therapy Team, you will play an integral role in creating the perfect experience for our guests to relax and unwind, offering a luxurious spa experience and retreat in our state-of-the-art facilities. Be part of our award-winning team!

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
- Ensure clients receive excellent quality treatments and provide customer care to the highest standard.
- Carry out all treatments to the highest standard.
- Always be polite and courteous to guests.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Achieve sales and treatment targets.
- Ensure therapy rooms are comfortable, clean, and tidy.
- Abide by all Health & Safety Guidelines.
- Provide clients with personalised experiences, including post-treatment advice and product recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest spa industry trends and techniques.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and welcoming environment.
Essentials
Person Specification:
- L3 Qualification in Beauty or Spa Therapy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a hygienic and organised workspace.
Desirables
- Proficient in a variety of spa treatments and techniques.
- Previous experience working in a similar role and establishment.
