You will support the Chief Operating Officer and the team to deliver a broad list of tasks that will change from day to day, including managing the COO’s diary and other logistics. The role involves regular engagement with private offices at the most senior levels of government, other NHSE National Directors, and key external partners, and so high-quality stakeholder management skills are a core requirement of this role. The Executive Assistant role requires you to deliver to exceptionally high standards, and at great pace. Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset is required. You will need to be comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities and will be well supported by your colleagues to help achieve this.
