Our client is on a mission to revolutionise veterinary care, offering a modern, customer-focused experience for pets and their owners. With their first clinic set to open soon, and plans for three additional locations in quick succession, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in some of London’s most affluent areas. Key Responsibilities As a Front-of-House Professional, you will be the face of the clinic, responsible for ensuring every client and their pet receives a warm, welcoming experience. Your key duties will include: Client Interaction: Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they walk through the door. Appointment Management: Manage the booking of appointments, handling all client enquiries both in person and over the phone with efficiency and care. Customer Service: Provide top-tier service to 'pet parents’, understanding their needs and ensuring their experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Administrative Support: Assist with additional administrative tasks, with the potential for role expansion based on your skills and interests. What We’re Looking For Start-Up Mindset: This is a start-up environment, so we need someone who buys into the start-up vibe. We’re looking for a 'doer’—someone who’s proactive, solutions-oriented, and ready to tackle any obstacles that come our way to get the job done. Experience: While experience in a veterinary setting is advantageous, we are equally interested in candidates from hospitality or concierge services who have a proven track record in delivering high-quality customer service. Energy & Enthusiasm: We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude and high energy - someone who can bring warmth and professionalism to every client interaction. Flexibility: There’s scope to take on additional responsibilities, particularly in administration, allowing you to grow and develop within the role as the clinic expands. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients. Why Join Us? Innovative Environment: Be part of a modern, forward-thinking start-up that is setting new standards in veterinary care. Career Growth: As the clinic grows, so will your opportunities - there’s potential to take on more responsibilities and advance your career. Competitive Salary: Earn a starting salary of £30,000, with the possibility of an increase based on the tasks and responsibilities you undertake. Location: Work in the heart of London, in a vibrant and affluent area known for its community feel and high standards. Additional Information Start Date: We are looking to fill this role with a start date in late November, aligning with the opening of the first clinic. Future Opportunities: There is potential for involvement in the opening of future locations, providing further career development opportunities. How To Apply If you are enthusiastic, dedicated, and ready to make a difference in a dynamic and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your CV and a covering letter outlining your suitability for the role. About Us We are acting as the recruitment agency for this appointment, working on behalf of our client to find the perfect candidate to join their pioneering veterinary team."}
