About The Role


We are acting as the recruitment partner for an innovative veterinary start-up based in Marylebone, London. Our client is on a mission to revolutionise veterinary care, offering a modern, customer-focused experience for pets and their owners. With their first clinic set to open soon, and plans for three additional locations in quick succession, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in some of London’s most affluent areas.


Key Responsibilities


As a Front-of-House Professional, you will be the face of the clinic, responsible for ensuring every client and their pet receives a warm, welcoming experience. Your key duties will include:

  • Client Interaction: Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Appointment Management: Manage the booking of appointments, handling all client enquiries both in person and over the phone with efficiency and care.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-tier service to 'pet parents’, understanding their needs and ensuring their experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with additional administrative tasks, with the potential for role expansion based on your skills and interests.
