Person Specification Experience Essential Highly developed clinical skills in administering BoNT injections for the relevant indications Can manage clinic caseload within the Cervical Dystonia BoNT injection clinics (10-12 patients per session) Effective communication skills to empathically deliver information to patients, relatives and carers Adhere to all Trust guidelines / procedures for the safe and effective delivery of BoNT treatment Provide accurate updates to patient records and Trust reporting systems Works to and confirms that all BoNT treatment provided is on label for Toxin dose, muscle selected and frequency of injection Ownership of the referral process Complete and maintain any additional training requirements e.g., ongoing adverse event reporting required as part of the PSP program Desirable Experience & ability to use EMG or Ultrasound guidance alongside anatomical guidance.
