Working Full time - 37.5 hours per week We are looking for a dynamic and pro-active individual to join our team in the post of Rota Co-Ordinator & Departmental Administrator. The post-holder will provide support to the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department within the Women & Children's Division to co-ordinate rotas and provide an administrative function to the team. As Rota Co-Ordinator the post holder will be key in producing rotas alongside the Clinical Rota Leads, using a solution-focused approach to ensure that rotas have adequate cover at all times, especially when unforeseen circumstances occur, and escalating to the Directorate Managers and Clinical Leads where appropriate. This is a role that requires a flexible, approachable people person, who is self-motivated, and has a positive attitude, with excellent communication skills an eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
