This is a fantastic new opportunity to join the Release & Transfer Team - you can really make this role your own! Release and Transfer is a key part of the prisoner journey - ensuring that everything is place for prisoner release back into the community, or transfer to an alternative prison. This includes GP referrals and registration, as well as other healthcare services. HMP Thameside is a busy remand prison, so we have a high turnover of inmates, which makes for a fast paced, challenging, but exciting environment! Hours: This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00. Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £27000 per annum - depending on experience. How will we support you?
