Position: We are looking to acquire the services of an empathetic and skilled Clinical Admin Coordinator to join our team, and deliver a first-class customer journey. Requirements: Booking appointments for patients with the company’s clinicians. Creating and sending patient letters following consultations. Invoicing and collecting payments for appointments, prescriptions, and blood tests. Liaising between patients and clinicians for any aftercare needs and queries via phone, emails, and webchat. Managing clinician diaries following patient requests to change or cancel appointments as and where required. The above list of responsibilities is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post. Location: Working on a hybrid-basis, hours are to be performed at our office in Stratford-upon-Avon with the option to work remotely up to two days a week following a successful probationary period. The right candidate will be expected to attend key team meetings at the office when they occur. Job Type: We have two positions available, 1x permanent role, and 1x 12-month fixed term contract. Salary: £25,464.08 per annum Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break."}
