Working Monday to Friday you will be based at Community Child Health Records Department, Argyll House, Cornhill Road, Aberdeen. Flexible, enthusiastic and highly motivated, you will provide a comprehensive clerical support, within Community Child Health Records Department. Primary duties include managing movements and filing of health records, data inputting, dealing with email queries, MS teams, updating systems for record movements and recording results, dealing with telephone enquiries from Health Vistiors/School Nurses etc, photocopying/scanning, and liaising with other internal and external departments. A knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality is preferred. You must have the ability to prioritise and manage the day-to-day workload in a busy, fast paced environment. You must be able to follow instruction clearly and effectively. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision at times. Good organisational and listening skills are essential as well as a flexible approach to working. A good level of English language competency and good communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively are required. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours.
