The role will involve providing a high quality, comprehensive and responsive secretarial service and administrative support to the Senior Management Team and Host Organisation during the implementation of the North London RRDN Transition. The post holder will play a key role in organising and developing the RRDN transition administration, including support for recruitment and management of organizational changes processes, and any other administrative tasks as required. Diary and meeting management, predominantly for RRDN Senior Management Team. Supporting The Following Tasks With Support From Management Drafting and editing documents, presentations, reports and meeting papers. Correspondence and communication with a wide variety of stakeholders including in person, by phone/video all, email and other channels (including social media and websites). Project management. Data analysis and reporting. Workforce management, including supporting HR processes and policies.
