This is an exciting opportunity to join the Medical Directorate's Continuous Quality Improvement Team on a two-year fixed term contract as a Quality Improvement Support Officer. The successful applicant will undertake a central role in supporting the delivery of an Innovation Hub whilst working closely with operational and strategic colleagues and external stakeholders. The primary focus is the scoping and delivery of the Innovation Hub, but the post holder will also support the Trust on its improvement journey and its delivery of improvement projects/activities outlined within the Quality Improvement Strategy and IMPACT (Improving Patient Care Together) Development Plan.
