A keen team player, you will be a key part of a large secretarial and administrative team within the Division. Working closely with and providing a high-quality service to patients will be an important part of this role. You will be responsible for calling patients to confirm they are aware of their appointment to help reduce the DNA rate for the division plus other administrative and clerical tasks as required. This post involves working closely with patients and staff in various departments, so you will need a flexible professional approach, excellent organisational and time management skills together with an excellent standard of verbal and written communication.
