Hastings Primary Care Hub has been running for 12 years operating from a modern multi-purpose NHS site based in Hastings town centre, close to the train station. The Hub consists of a very close knit multi skilled and supportive team who continuously strive to ensure and maintain the highest standards of patient care and best practice. As a Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be delivering primary care to non-registered patients by face-to-face consultation and/or telephone/video consultation. You will provide assessment, treatment, and diagnosis at first point of contact, and directly prescribe medication within your role as an independent prescriber.
