We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team at the Hastings Primary Care Hub working 3 or 4 days per week.
Hastings Primary Care Hub has been running for 12 years operating from a modern multi-purpose NHS site based in Hastings town centre, close to the train station. The Hub consists of a very close knit multi skilled and supportive team who continuously strive to ensure and maintain the highest standards of patient care and best practice.
As a Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be delivering primary care to non-registered patients by face-to-face consultation and/or telephone/video consultation. You will provide assessment, treatment, and diagnosis at first point of contact, and directly prescribe medication within your role as an independent prescriber. In an area of high deprivation this is an opportunity to make a difference to the local community.
Main duties of the jobIn return we offer revalidation support, learning and development opportunities, access to free secure underground parking and the chance to work a 3- or 4-day week.

Hastings Primary Care Hub, East Sussex
Hours Available
34 hours per week, 3 to 4 days per week
You will be required to work alternate weekends
Rotas with 3-month advance notice
Mon to Fri operating hours- 8am to 6:30pm
Sat and Sun- 8am to 8pm
