To provide rota management and administration support to the HART Manager, HART Training Manager, HART Team Leaders and wider EPRR Department with a good understanding of other coordinator functions. Ensure Trust policies and operational practices are implemented to provide effective support for HART and the operational capability. Support the completion of Service and Project records as necessary. Supply administrative support to the relevant managers as detailed above. Act as first point of contact to HART base, maintaining an effective and professional manner, by responding personally or referring queries on to relevant manager. Provide support with writing letters, emails, production of documents. Arrange meetings and provide administrative support as requested, taking minutes/records of proceedings and ensuring that all relevant meeting correspondence, i.e. agenda, previous minutes and supporting materials are prepared and forwarded to respective parties. Manage and maintain relevant managers’ electronic diary’s in an effective and timely manner. Receive telephone calls and visitors to the HART unit. Resolve routine enquires, taking messages and pursue follow up action when require The role also may involve ad hoc reports to be completed for various tasks.
