To provide remote one to one support to asthma patients as referred by the asthma team by telephone, email and virtually via attend anywhere. To facilitate and monitor the management of care for patients with asthma, both day cases and outpatients. As part of the asthma team, deliver high service levels to asthma patients To educate and support ambulatory care nurses at Royal Brompton and Harefield sites to deliver injectable asthma services and remote support.
