Requirements Previous work in a receptionist position for a larger organisation Ideally working within the Financial Services Industry or understanding of this Professional and presentable individual Ability to work office based Overview Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate parties. Directs visitors to appropriate people and or meeting rooms. Maintains safe and clean reception area. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Provides refreshments as needed for visitors and assisting with catering requirements. Assisting with client and staff events Co-ordinate Staff Meetings Ensuring all office supplies and needs are kept up to date and well stocked.
