Receptionist (Part-Time)
Edinburgh
Salary TBC – Pro-rata
25-30 Hours a week
A long-standing client of Heat has asked us to source an experienced receptionist who would be open to a new opportunity to join a market leading Wealth Management firm.
As well as needed to demonstrate excellent admin skills, you will also be expected to show a high-quality phone manner and professional appearance when greeting clients in person.
Requirements
- Previous work in a receptionist position for a larger organisation
- Ideally working within the Financial Services Industry or understanding of this
- Professional and presentable individual
- Ability to work office based
Overview
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Directs visitors to appropriate people and or meeting rooms.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Provides refreshments as needed for visitors and assisting with catering requirements.
- Assisting with client and staff events
- Co-ordinate Staff Meetings
- Ensuring all office supplies and needs are kept up to date and well stocked.
- Various additional administration tasks
