Main duties of the job The post holder is responsible for the assessment and management of care needs of patients in the Medical Retina service. They will assess patients and implement and evaluate care provision. They will also supervise junior members of staff and students. The post holder will be a key member of staff in participating in the development of care of patients attending the Medical Retina service.
