Duties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities to be undertaken may include any or all of the items in the following list. Duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of the Medical Director or Board of Directors, dependent on current and evolving workload: Clinical responsibilities Assess plan, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care to improve health and well-being and meet the healthcare needs of individuals.
