The Team People, Solutions and Experience are a team within the Human Resources and Workforce Development Department, and we aim to provide an excellent service in all aspects of employment, from prior to commencement of employment and throughout the employment lifecycle. This includes providing a wide range of professional services such as recruitment, HR front of house, terms and conditions of service and policy and case management advice and guidance. The Post To provide comprehensive, confidential data administrative support to the HR Assist Team. The postholder will work closely with HR Officers to support the delivery of a customer focussed, HR front of house and terms and conditions service to National Services Scotland (NSS) and Public Health Scotland (PHS) The Candidate The postholder should be educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, with experience in data and systems administration support and an efficient user of Microsoft Office Professional software - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. Knowledge of NSS HR systems including HR Service Now, Electronic Employee Support System (e:EES) and the management of the e forms portal would be advantageous.
