The ideal healthcare assistant will have a minimum of six months of experience working in a mental health facility and a strong commitment to helping patients at all times. Assisting patients with medicine administration, you'll be able to accurately document patient observations for the senior nurses. In order to help patients proceed towards recovery, healthcare assistants play a crucial role. As a result, you must communicate with patients in a friendly and caring manner.
