Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Provide support with mobility and transfers, ensuring residents' safety and comfort. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences. Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Collaborate with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within residents' living areas and communal spaces. Respect and preserve residents' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times. Requirements: Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant in a similar setting . Genuine empathy and compassion for the elderly and vulnerable individuals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
