Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Provide support with mobility and transfers, ensuring residents' safety and comfort.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within residents' living areas and communal spaces.
- Respect and preserve residents' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant in a similar setting .
- Genuine empathy and compassion for the elderly and vulnerable individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
