Main duties will involve diary management, minute taking, scheduling and administration of meeting organisation, general administrative support and providing administrative support to projects and short life working groups. The department is a fast paced, and exciting environment. A team player, with excellent communication skills are vital attributes in the post holder. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment and considerable experience in an administrative role is essential. Experience of using Microsoft Office is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail are also essential to this role. The interview date for this position will be the 24th June.
