An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our team, supporting the Directors of National Elective Services, and Heart and Lung Services. The successful applicant will provide a high level of personal assistance and wider administrative support on all aspects of their work. Main duties will involve diary management, minute taking, scheduling and administration of meeting organisation, general administrative support and providing administrative support to projects and short life working groups. The department is a fast paced, and exciting environment.

Previous experience of working in a busy office environment and considerable experience in an administrative role is essential. Experience of using Microsoft Office is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail are also essential to this role.
