The roles will also provide a comprehensive administrative function to ensure service delivery. The roles require strong data quality skills and we’re looking for candidates who possesses excellent attention to detail and are able to communicate clearly and effectively. The roles involve working with sensitive, confidential information and the successful candidate will be expected to maintain the Trust’s standards and policies at all times The Administrators will play a key role in the efficient day to day activities of the department. The Administrators will provide high quality administrative support to the department. Tasks will include reception customer service duties, maintaining waiting lists and work queues and ensuring that the requests from these lists and work queues and completed in a timely manor. The Administrator will also be part of our call centre function.
