Fressingfield Medical Centre are expanding our reception team and have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist/care navigator to join our practice on a full or part time basis. Ideally, we are looking for the successful individual to be able to work the following days/hours: Tuesday 13.30 -18.30 and Thursday 07.45-13.30. These can be discussed at interview as there is some flexibility. In addition, there will be potential to pick up bank and holiday cover shifts if interested. This can be a challenging, demanding and busy but incredibly rewarding role, and requires a customer focussed, enthusiastic individual to ensure our patients receive the best care and experience. Greeting and directing all patients. Making appointments. Answering queries and complaints from patients and outside agencies, signposting to the appropriate staff member as appropriate. Accepting, issuing and handing out prescriptions, letters, completed forms, specimen bottles, etc. Advising patients of practice procedures. Registering new patients. Accurately maintaining patient database and records, photocopying, filing and scanning. "}
