Patient Flow Facilitate safe and efficient bed movements and discharges Support daily bed meetings, gather and input data Assist with system access, knowledge of local IT systems Contribute to maintaining accurate bed states across the organisation Discharge Work alongside Integrated discharge service/Ward teams to ensure safe discharges are followed by the ward. Coordinate incoming/outgoing telephone calls and email communications between wards/departments.
