Are you a passionate and qualified Systemic Family Therapist looking to make a real impact and ready to take on the challenge of developing a new provision? We are excited to invite applications for a Band 7 Systemic Family Therapist to join our thriving CYPMHS in Wirral. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team and help establish the psychodynamic offer within the service, further strengthening our approach to supporting young people and their families Main duties of the job Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based systemic interventions for children, young people (0-18) and their families experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. Play a key role in developing and implementing the psychodynamic offer within the service, collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines. Provide support and contribute your expertise to the existing SFP practitioners including establishing a family therapy clinic. Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other professionals. Contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives. CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
