Are you a passionate and qualified Systemic Family Therapist looking to make a real impact and ready to take on the challenge of developing a new provision?
We are excited to invite applications for a Band 7 Systemic Family Therapist to join our thriving CYPMHS in Wirral. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team and help establish the psychodynamic offer within the service, further strengthening our approach to supporting young people and their families
Main duties of the job
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based systemic interventions for children, young people (0-18) and their families experiencing a range of mental health difficulties.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing the psychodynamic offer within the service, collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines.
- Provide support and contribute your expertise to the existing SFP practitioners including establishing a family therapy clinic.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other professionals.
- Contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
