Occupational Therapists work as part of the integrated, multi-disciplinary therapy team at Linden Lodge School. The occupational therapy service promotes participation and functional activity of children and young people within the school and residential setting and the wider community. The post-holder will be responsible for providing specialist, evidence-based and outcome focused occupational therapy provision in order to support the needs of the children and young people attending the school who are at different life stages. They will also be required to support teaching staff and families/ carers to implement occupational therapy strategies and approaches. Occupational therapy sessions will primarily take place at the school, or at home or in a clinic environments appropriate. "}
