The post holder will deliver an 80% clinical component to their role and 20% related to leadership and management, education and research Main duties of the job Autonomously work in partnership with individuals, families and carers, managing a caseload of patients using a range of advanced assessment methods as appropriate (e.g. history taking, physical examination, identifying risk factors, mental health assessments). Use expertise and decision-making skills to inform clinical reasoning approaches when dealing with differentiated and undifferentiated individual presentations and complex situations, synthesising information from multiple sources to make appropriate, evidence-based judgements and/or diagnoses.
