The successful applicant will be expected to work to our high standards of patient care and service delivery. We provide a comprehensive training package in a supporting and welcoming environment. Our multidisciplinary team, deliver care for patients who are undergoing surgical, urology and ENT conditions / procedures, In addition, we can also care for some day case patients who may need a hospital stay overnight. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has excellent communication skills, aspire's to delivering high quality care, works collaboratively with all members of the MDT, delivers patient-centered care with dignity and respect, and demonstrates a high level of compassion for all patients. The post holder will provide support to the registered nurse in the delivery of patient care. and work collaboratively within our dedicated multi-disciplinary teams, assisting and promoting the patients independence. You will be fully involved in an individual’s care from admission to discharge, assisting with patient hygiene and dressing, feeding, maintaining dignity and respect, keeping the environment clean and tidy and keeping good documentation. D7 Ward also provides excellent training and development opportunities in a friendly and supportive environment.
