Ward 32 is a busy surgical ward currently accommodating medical outliers as part of the Winter Plan. With 24 beds, including 12 side rooms, we provide a supportive environment for patients requiring surgical and medical care. Our team consists of experienced surgical and medical professionals who collaborate closely with multidisciplinary staff to ensure outstanding patient-centered care. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver exceptional patient care. Assist in providing direct care to patients, including assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living. Support patients and their families by providing emotional support and addressing their needs and concerns. Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
