Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and place job adverts. Daily Operations: Assist in the day-to-day management of support packages, problem-solving, rota planning, and covering staff absences. Quality Assurance: Support administrative duties related to quality assurance and ensure compliance with CQC regulations. Staff Supervision: Conduct supervision and job chats for field staff, and maintain regular communication to build strong working relationships. Business Development: Research potential leads, promote services to existing Social Workers/Case Managers, and support business growth.
