Job Summary
We are recruiting a Care Coordinator on behalf of our client. This role supports the Branch and Field Care Managers in recruitment, managing community care packages, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You'll develop skills in care planning, risk assessing, and staff supervision, adhering to CQC regulations. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-motivated team player who is ready for that next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and place job adverts.
- Client Interaction: Handle initial queries, assist in setting up and maintaining care packages, and attend client visits.
- Daily Operations: Assist in the day-to-day management of support packages, problem-solving, rota planning, and covering staff absences.
- Quality Assurance: Support administrative duties related to quality assurance and ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
- Staff Supervision: Conduct supervision and job chats for field staff, and maintain regular communication to build strong working relationships.
- Business Development: Research potential leads, promote services to existing Social Workers/Case Managers, and support business growth.
Key Skills
- Must come from a care background
- Experience of Bran injury (desirable)
- Understanding of the Aspire system
- Driven by personal and team success
- Maintains a "Can Do" attitude
- Capable of working independently
- Responds positively to changing work environments and practices
Travelling to visit clients across the East Midlands, West Midlands and Yorkshire is required for the role so driving is essential, please only apply if you have a full, clean driving licence.
