Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the Dental or Medical device industry. Knowledge of the dental market is a huge plus. Demonstrated success in business development, market expansion and revenue generation. Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage effective teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Experience managing P&L and understanding financial performance metrics. A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
