Responsible for the provision of strategic leadership across CTM to ensure safe, high quality and efficient patient care. Supporting specialties to work more closely together across sites and communities, including promoting cross-site working. Ensuring that in each specialty there is equity of conditions and resources across the Health Board to meet clinical need.
