What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you tell us a little about yourself and your interest in this role at RSPB?
2. What do you know about the RSPB and its mission? Why do you want to work here?
3. Can you provide an example of a time when you delivered outstanding customer service? What actions did you take?
4. Describe a situation where you had to work as part of a team. What role did you play, and what was the outcome?
5. What experience do you have in the catering or retail sector, and how do you think it has prepared you for this role?
6. The role requires multitasking. Can you describe a time when you successfully juggled multiple tasks at once?
7. Can you share an example of a problem you faced in a previous job and how you went about solving it?
8. The shifts for this role include weekends and bank holidays. Are you flexible with your availability to meet the demands of the role?
