We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at The Poets, our flagship nursing home in Worthing, West Sussex. Hours of work: 24 hours per week - Monday and Sunday 8am - 8pm We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time* As a Care Assistant You Will Be Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents; Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary; Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system; Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences; Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
