Our care also extends outside the home, where you will assist with community outings, shopping trips, and park visits.  Throughout the night, you will support evening or bedtime routines and remain alert and responsive, responding accordingly to their care needs.    This can include frequent observations, carrying out personal care, moving and handling, and carrying out clinical interventions.   This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service users, really making an impact on their day-to-day lives.   Essential Requirements  3 months previous care experience  Personal Care  Moving and Handling  Medication Administration  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently  Valid UK Driving Licence (required for day shifts)  It would be advantageous if you have some experience of the following:   Tracheostomy Care * PEG Feeding* Ventilation Management * Oral suctioning   Nebuliser Care  Enteral Feeding   Epilepsy & Seizure management Challenging Behaviours These can be essential requirements within some packages of care. Please note, whilst not essential for all our roles, it would be beneficial if you are a driver with access to a vehicle.
