You will need to have full GMC Registration with a licence to practice to be considered for this role and have completed foundation training or have equivalent experience. Computer literacy and a good standard of written and spoken English are both essential. The Post holder undertakes, exceptionally, to perform additional duties in occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances, eg cover “on call” duties. The clinical commitments required of the appointee will be as detailed in the Weekly Programme of Duties though service needs may require alteration of the timetable without notice. The appointee will be required to visit any patient in any establishment forming part of the Trust at the request of the Consultant. The appointee will be required to be full shift rota and will be required to take part in Internal Cover arrangements during the absence of the Registrars and middle grades on annual or study leave.
