Responsibilities Conduct 3-4 visits per day to assist with daily living activities. Help with morning routine, including: Prompting and assisting with dressing and personal hygiene. Preparing and serving breakfast. Prompting for morning medication. Prepare lunch and dinner, ensuring nutritional needs are met. Assist with evening routine, including: Prompting to get ready for bed. Prompting evening medication. Plan and execute a weekly 2-hour outing, such as a visit to a café, garden centre, or a walk. Requirements: Proven experience in caring for individuals with vascular dementia and Alzheimers. Must have a valid drivers license and access to a reliable car. Comfortable and experienced in caring for pets; a love for dogs is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and able to build rapport with the client. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
