Indus Paper Boards Pvt Ltd is looking for a compassionate and experienced carer to provide support for an elderly lady with vascular dementia and Alzheimer's in Wrington, Bristol, at a rate of £15.85 per hour for 14.5 hours per week. The role involves conducting 3-4 visits a day to assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management, as well as planning a weekly outing to enhance her social engagement.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in dementia care, a valid driving license with access to a reliable car, and a love for dogs, as the client has pets. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work independently are essential attributes for this role. Applicants will need to meet specific training requirements, including safeguarding and first aid, to ensure a safe and supportive environment for the client.
