Caremark Rotherham is looking for a compassionate Female Community Mental Health Support Worker based in Sheffield to provide personalised, community-based care to a female service user with Autism (ASD), mental health and anxiety needs. This post is restricted to female applicants under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 because it involves intimate personal care. Applicants must be at least 25 (adapted vehicle insurance requirement), hold a clean UK driving licence and have a minimum of one year’s mental healthcare experience. In this role you will follow individual care plans to support personal hygiene, dressing, PEG medication administration, attend appointments and encourage social participation and independence. You will keep accurate records, liaise with healthcare professionals and families, and work within a supportive team that values development and leadership.
