Step into a vital, compassionate role supporting adults and children who have experienced sexual assault at the Hazlehurst Centre CSAAS SARC in West Yorkshire (with additional work across North Yorkshire). This dual Administrator/Crisis Worker position with Mountain Healthcare combines front-line advocacy and telephone support with essential administration: preparing patients for forensic examinations, assisting clinicians with paediatric and adult care (including colposcope use), maintaining DNA decontamination standards, and liaising with partner agencies. The post is full-time (32 hours per week, pro rata salary £26,591.40 based on 40 hours / £12.75 per hour), working four shifts 09:30–17:30 Monday–Saturday, with opportunities to pick up additional out‑of‑hours on‑call shifts. Mountain Healthcare is a market‑leading clinical forensic provider and a trusted partner of NHS England and the police, and this vacancy is listed on jobsincare.com.

This role is for women only under a genuine occupational requirement and will suit experienced carers, administrators or healthcare staff who are calm, organised and committed to safeguarding vulnerable adults and children. Essential requirements include prior experience in care or administration, IT and data skills, a UK driving licence with access to a car, and willingness to undergo pre‑employment checks (Enhanced DBS, police vetting and references). You’ll be supported to develop forensic, paediatric and advocacy skills while making a tangible difference to people at a critical time.
