We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.About the Role:Working in a 24-hour 7 days a week service.Work shifts including days, nights, and weekendsas part of a dedicated team.We have full time 37.5 hours per week or part time 25 hours per week.Provide compassionate, person-centred care, ensuring dignity and respectSupport with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activitiesAssist with meal preparation and encourage a nutritious dietMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environmentPromote independence by supporting life skills such as budgeting and self-careEncourage participation in social and community activitiesFollow care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support guidelinesAdminister medication (after training) and ensure health and safety complianceMaintain accurate records and participate in handoversWork shifts including days, nights, and weekends as part of a dedicated teamWhat you will need:Positive Attitude and Caring ApproachA genuine commitment and passion to improving an individuals lifeStrong Communication SkillsAble to work as part of a teamNo previous care
