We are looking for an excellent highly committed and focused Organisational Development project manager to support the first year of the implementation of this strategy working on a variety of key workforce projects, and supporting the governance, monitoring and evaluation of the strategy. You will enjoy delivering in a fast paced environment and working with staff from all parts of the organisation. The role will require a range of organisational development aspects from diagnostics, utilising data and analysis of multiple data sources. Staff engagement is a primary factor for all the work we do with our incredible staff. There maybe times when a project requires sensitive, confidential and highly skilled facilitation skills, as well as other behavioural based interventions. Governance, monitoring and evaluation of multiple work streams is also key to this role, as is excellent project management, and the ability to write succinct papers, and present at a range of trust forums.
