Duties Of This Role Include working within the Pharmacy stores receiving, unpacking and checking deliveries against paperwork. Returning incorrect goods to pharmacy suppliers Storing all drugs correctly and in line with stock rotation Issuing and distributing drugs to the dispensary, wards and departments Maintaining correct stock levels in the department and on the wards Take part in rotational stock and expiry date checks Take part in ward stock topping up service Process drugs returned from wards Undertake, under direction, dispensing duties To contribute to the weekend, late night and bank holiday rota.
